The Bulldog Who Cried Wolf (Lola)

So Diesel has been living in our house for 11 months now and the joker has FINALLY learned that if he stands by the door, Mom and Dad will let him out to go potty (it's about time- it only took me about 3 weeks to learn this, but clearly D wasn't dealt a full deck, if you know what I mean). Anyway, Mom's getting a bit annoyed because now he pretty much goes to the door every ten minutes or so, just because he feels like seeing what's happening outside. He's going to ruin it for the both of us if he keeps it up!

Thankful! (Lola)

Mom hosted Thanksgiving this year- just six humans so it wasn't too crazy. Diesel and I are thankful that Grandma and Grumps and Aunt Becky let us sit on them the whole time and that everyone snuck us turkey tastes under the table and let us lick the whipped cream off the dessert plates, although we weren't thankful when we both threw up later on that night and the next morning... We're thankful for the leftovers we've been getting mixed in with our food ever since! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!!!!!
Yum!

Green Thumbs (well, paws, since we don't actually have thumbs) (Diesel)

It was a beautiful fall day this past Saturday so Dad and his crew raked up all the leaves and mowed the lawn, and Mom planted hundreds of bulbs in the yard... Lola just supervised, but I grabbed a spade and dug right in! I'm so helpful :)

Trick or Treat! (Lola)

Happy Halloween!!! So, you may remember Mom trying to decide what to dress us as, but she ended up not dressing us up at all. She purchased costumes for us- a prisoner outfit for Diesel and a bumble bee for me- but they were too big and it was quite obvious that D wouldn't let me just saunter around the house wearing wings without ripping them from my body!

Mom and Dad had a big Halloween party so we thought we'd share a few of the photos that feature us... Here are two portraits that hung on the walls of the den, which was totally lit by blacklight so all of the flourescent orange was GLOWING- too bad she couldn't capture it with the camera that way!
Then Mom carved this pumpkin in our honor which was displayed proudly on the top step for all to see. She got a lot of compliments on it from the local trick-or-treaters...
